Insurance
All personnel are automatically covered by liability
insurance, business travel insurance, personal
accident insurance, emergency medical insurance,
and emergency repatriation insurance. BUPA healthcare
is available to regular contractors at a heavily
discounted rate.
Paperwork
All earnings and deductions are fully reported
on remittance advice, enabling you to easily keep
track of money matters and prepare annual tax
assessments. Expenses claims are processed efficiently.
Foreign Taxation (Norway & Denmark) is fully
addressed, with advance payments being made to
the appropriate authorities, with receipts provided
by the authorities in respect of any tax paid.
Payment
For most contracts, payment is made on the last
day of the month one month in arrears. Regardless
of whether Seistech have been paid by the client
and even if the contract is still ongoing. This
enables contractors to plan their finances with
more security. Payments are made for each day
worked, normally including travel days. Payment
can be made by cheque or by electronic transfer
to any account of your choice, world-wide. Transfers
to banks with a standard UK sort code are free.
Flexible
work schedule
Seistech contractors are not obliged to accept
work that we may offer them. If you need an extended
period off work (to complete your studies for
example) this can be accommodated without fuss.
Foreign Taxation
- Norway & Denmark
Seistech has procedures in place to ensure that
obligatory Norway (and Denmark) taxes are paid
to the appropriate authorities and that necessary
paperwork is duly supplied.
