Suitable candidates can be selected quickly and easily from our database of over 5000 personnel, and are available at all levels from trainee through to consultant. Our selection procedures ensure that clients can always expect to be supplied with highly experienced and skilled professionals. All personnel are well referenced, and possess current offshore Survival and Medical Certificates.

Crew are available for short or long term contracts, or by employment placement.

All personnel are automatically covered by liability insurance, business travel insurance, personal accident insurance, emergency medical insurance, and emergency repatriation insurance.

Personnel can be mobilised to clients on a world-wide basis, often at a moments notice, or can be pre-booked in advance. Personnel can be contracted to cover for sick leave or holiday periods, or alternatively can fit into regular crew rotations, on a short or long term basis.

Seistech has an infrastructure in place for arranging visas for a large number of countries worldwide.

Foreign Personal Tax Liabilities – For example, taxation in Norway (and other countries with similar tax legislation). Norwegian legislation stipulates payment of personal tax in advance for each of its sub-contractors working in Norwegian waters. Seistech are obliged to cooperate with the Norwegian Tax Office to calculate the tax due for each sub-contractor providing services in the Norwegian territories.

Seistech has procedures in place to ensure that all obligatory Norway (and Denmark) taxes are paid in full and the necessary paperwork duly supplied to the appropriate authorities, thus removing tax liabilities from the Client. Seistech offers advice to its contractors in the completion of yearly Norwegian Tax Return forms.

Straightforward invoicing - Invoices are presented at the end of every month, or at completion of contract, following the agreement of chargeable days.
